Coolster ATV-3050C 110cc parts

The Coolster ATV-3050C is a youth ATV with a 107cc single-cylinder, air-cooled four-stroke engine.

How to tell it from similar machines

Coolster's 110cc ATV page lists the 3050B, 3050B2 and 3050C, and all three spec pages give 107cc with a 52.4 x 49.5 mm bore and stroke. Coolster's parts store also covers a 3050D.

• 3050C: 145/70-6 tires front and rear (Coolster lists its replacement wheel as 14.5x7.0-6); 1,270 mm long and 700 mm wide overall (50 x 27.6 in).
• 3050B: 16 x 8-7 tires and 930 mm (36.6 in) wide overall. Coolster sells a different body shell for it (BDSS-3050B).
• 3050B2: 15 x 5-6 front and 15 x 6-6 rear tires, 1,345 mm (53 in) long. Coolster lists a different seat for it (SE-31).
• 3050D: 16 x 8-7 wheels, plus a muffler (MU-41) and front bumpers shared with the 3125R. The 3050C has its own muffler (MU-37) and front bumper.

3050C specs that matter for parts

Body and seat

Coolster sells its own 3050C body shell (BDSS-3050C) but gives no size or piece count. We have not confirmed that the kits below match that shell, so check your old body first:

1. Compare its nose, headlight opening and vent openings with the product photos.
2. Measure its overall length and its front and rear widths. The Black Spider, Blue Spider, Red Spider and Pink Camo listings give 41.5 in long, 24.5 in wide at the rear and 23 in at the front. The Pink Camo with Barbed Wire listing gives 44 x 24 in and names the TaoTao ATA-110B, so text us before you order that one.
3. Plan to move your headlight, vents and seat over. Three of the kit listings say we also sell headlights, vents and seats.

Coolster's parts store lists no separate vent or footrest for the 3050C. The two vent listings, body vent and body vent version 2, are titled for the Hawk and TaoTao 110 and don't say how the versions differ. Check that your body takes vent inserts, then match your old vents' shape and mounting points to the photos.

The left and right footrest pair listing names TaoTao machines (the 110B, ATA110F and ATA110F1). Check that your machine has separate bolt-on footrests, then match the size (about 14.5 in long, 7.75 in wide and 10.75 in tall) and the two front and two rear mounting holes to yours.

Seats: Coolster lists its own 3050C seat (SE-25) with no size, so before you buy a replacement, measure your old seat's length and compare its base and latch.

Wheels and tires

Coolster gives two size codes for the 3050C: 145/70-6 on its spec page and replacement tire (TIFR-14), and 14.5x7.0-6 on its replacement wheel (WHFR-10). In 145/70-6, 145 is the tire's width in millimeters, 70 is the sidewall height as a percentage of the width, and 6 is the rim diameter in inches. Order by the size printed on your old tire's sidewall.

Engine and carb

• Carburetor for 50cc-110cc Honda-style engines (its listing names PZ20 and PZ16) and the boxed PZ20 manual-choke kit, which adds an air filter, fuel filter, insulator gasket and intake manifold. Coolster lists a PZ20 (CA-17) for the 3050C but not its choke type, and neither of our listings gives the choke side. Compare the choke, intake flange and air-filter end with your old carb, and the kit's manifold with your old one, since its listing gives no engine-side bolt spacing.
• Automatic clutch: 3-bolt, 4.25 in outer diameter. Its listing says most, but not all, fully automatic engines use this style. Coolster lists a clutch for the 3050C (CL-4A) without a diameter or bolt count, so measure your old clutch's outer diameter and count its bolts.
• Rear chain guard. Coolster lists a plastic guard (CG-6) for the 3050C without dimensions, so compare your old guard's shape and mounting holes with the product photos.

Electrics

• CDI for 110cc ATVs and the orange high-performance CDI. Coolster lists 5-pin CDIs for the 3050C (its CDI-1 and CDI-9). The orange CDI's listing says 5-pin; the other listing gives no pin count. Count the pins on your old CDI and match its plug shape.

Buyer questions

Will these body kits fit a TaoTao 110B?

Not confirmed. TaoTao's parts catalog lists the ATA110B body as separate front and rear parts. Our kit listings don't settle it: three call the kit a one-piece body, yet most name the TaoTao 110B. Text us a photo of your body before you order.

Coolster says 14.5-inch wheels. Which tire size do I order?

The size printed on your old tire's sidewall. Coolster itself uses two codes for the 3050C, 145/70-6 and 14.5x7.0-6.

Do parts for a 3050B or 3050D fit a 3050C?

Some do, some don't. Coolster's own PZ20 carburetor (CA-17), clutch (CL-4A) and 5-pin CDI (CDI-1) are listed for the 3050B, 3050C and 3050D, but its 3050C body shell, seat, muffler and wheel are listed for the 3050C only. We list the carbs, clutch and CDIs on this page for the 3050C, not the 3050B or 3050D, so measure your old part first.
