We want you riding with the right part. If something is not right, here is how it works.
30-day returns. Most unused parts in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Standard parts that shipped free carry no restocking fee.
Oversized items carry a 20% restocking fee. Wheels, tires, and engines cost real freight in both directions, so returns on those are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Not sure it fits? Text a photo to 404-532-9833 before you order and we will confirm it at no charge. That is always cheaper than a return.
30-day warranty. Every part carries a 30-day warranty. If a part arrives defective or damaged, or we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 30 days. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, with no restocking fee.
Change of mind or ordered in error. The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging, and the customer covers return shipping.
Items we cannot accept: batteries; electrical parts (relays, fuel pumps, wiring harnesses, CDIs, stators, voltage regulators, rectifiers, ignitions, handlebar switches, ignition coils, and similar); body kits; any installed or altered item; and any item that has had fuel in it.
Marketplace orders. Orders placed through eBay or Amazon must be returned through that platform's order history.
To start a return, call or text 404-532-9833 or email support@uedist.com with your order number, and we will send instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
