TaoTao ATA110B parts

The TaoTao ATA110B is a 110cc ATV with a two-piece plastic body: a front body and a separate rear body. TaoTao's parts catalog lists them as separate parts, plus one part (100436) for the left and right vent panels.

TaoTao lists the same front body, rear body and seat for its Boulder B1, so many ATA110B parts carry the B1 name. Not every B1 part matches, though: TaoTao lists a 3-wire tail light for the ATA110B and a 2-wire one for the B1.

How to tell it from the Coolster 3050C and the TaoTao ATA110D

• Body. TaoTao lists the ATA110B body in two pieces. Coolster's photo of its 3050C body shell shows the front and rear fenders in one molding, and TaoTao lists a one-piece body for the ATA110D and ATA110D1. If your front and rear fenders are one molding, it is not the body TaoTao lists for the ATA110B.
• Wheels. TaoTao lists 6-inch rims and 145/70-6 tires for the ATA110B, and 7-inch rims with 16x8-7 tires for the ATA110D and ATA110D1. The Coolster 3050C also runs 145/70-6 tires. Tire size alone does not prove the model, though: TaoTao lists its ATA110B front brake set for 6-inch and 7-inch rims.

Body and seat

• Two-piece body kits in blue, glossy black and red. Front fender: 61.6 cm (24.25 in) wide, 67.3 cm (26.5 in) long. Rear fender: 66 cm (26 in) wide, 49.5 cm (19.5 in) long, with a molded-in battery box. The sides are cut out for inserts, which are not included.
• Body vent and body vent, version 2. The listings give no size or count (one vent or a pair), so compare the photos with your old vents before you order.
• Seat: 50 cm (19.75 in) long, 19.36 cm (7.625 in) wide at the widest point, latch 4 in from the rear, front bracket 8 in from the front, two pegs behind the latch.

Wheels and tires

The last number in a tire size is the rim diameter in inches.

• 145/70-6 tires with a diamond tread or an arrow (chevron) tread.
• 145/70-6 tubeless tire on a wheel, left or right: three stud holes 78 mm (3.07 in) apart, center to center, and a 53 mm center hole. The TaoTao pages we checked give no stud spacing for the ATA110B, so measure your hub from the center of one stud to the center of the next. The tread is directional: order left or right as you sit on the seat.

TaoTao's Boulder B1 spec page gives 14.5 x 7-6 tires, while its B1 parts diagram lists 145/70-6 for the ATA110B. Both fit a 6-inch rim but may not be the same tire. Order by the size printed on yours, and if it reads 14.5 x 7-6, text us a photo first.

Engine and carb

• Carburetor (its listing says model PZ20, PZ16), or the PZ20 manual choke carburetor boxed with an air filter and intake manifold. TaoTao's own PZ20 manual-choke carburetor (part 101332) names the ATA110B in its known-to-fit list. No listing gives the bore or bolt spacing, so compare the photos with your old carb: choke on the same side, same intake bolt holes.
• Automatic clutch: 3-bolt, 4.25 in outer diameter, for Honda-style horizontal engines. Its listing notes that most, but not all, fully automatic engines use this style.
• Exhaust system, version YY110ATV-10: 28 in long overall, with a 9 in silencer and head bracket holes 1.85 in center to center. Check these against your old exhaust.

Electrics

• Starter solenoid relay. Its listing gives no plug or mounting details, so match both with your old relay.
• Ignition key switch: on and off, four wires, male plugs. TaoTao lists a 4-wire male-plug key switch (part 100698) for the Boulder B1. Check the plug on your old switch first.
• CDI for 110cc ATVs and a 5-pin high-performance CDI. The plain CDI's listing gives no pin count, so match pins and plug shape with your old CDI.
• Red LED tail and brake light (3-wire) and LED rear light (its listing gives no wire count), both 5 in long with bolts 3-3/8 in apart. Count the wires on yours, and text us a photo before ordering the rear light.

Buyer questions

Will a one-piece body fit my ATA110B?

We found no maker document that shows it does. TaoTao lists the ATA110B body as a front body and a rear body, and the one-molding bodies above are for other machines. For an ATA110B, order a two-piece kit and compare its fender measurements with your old ones.

Why didn't my new seat line up with the latch?

Go by measurements, not the model name. Measure your old seat's overall length, width at the widest point, rear edge to the latch, and front edge to the front bracket. If any of them differs from the seat listing above, text us a photo of your old seat first.

My old tire says 16x8-7. Is that an ATA110B wheel?

TaoTao lists 6-inch rims for the ATA110B. A 16x8-7 tire fits a 7-inch rim, the size TaoTao lists for the ATA110D and ATA110D1. Order by the size on your old tire and the studs on your hub, not the model name.

Our 16x8-7 wheels are listed with 70 mm or 79 mm stud spacing, so measure your hub center to center between two studs and order the one that matches.
