12 Inch Rim Strip, 3/4 Inch Wide, Inner Tube Spoke Protector with Center Valve Hole for 12 Inch Dirt Bike and Motorcycle Wheels, Protects Tubes from Spoke Nipples
This is a 12 inch rim strip for dirt bike and motorcycle wheels. It sits inside the rim, between the spoke nipples and the inner tube, so the ends of the spokes can’t rub or poke through the tube. A missing, torn or shifted rim strip is a common cause of repeat flat tires on spoked wheels, especially when the holes show up on the inside of the tube. It has a center valve hole that lines up with the valve stem.
Need to know:
- For 12 inch spoked wheels. Rim strips for 14, 16, 18 and 20 inch wheels are sold separately.
- 3/4 inch wide.
- Center valve hole design.
- Replace the rim strip whenever you change a tube on a spoked wheel if it’s worn, torn or has shifted.
